All we need to do is to remember who we are on a soul level and begin to listen to the guidance of the inner compass that lives inside of each of us.

My offerings are my way of sharing the lessons, knowledge, tools, and inspirations that I collected along the way with you, both through my Free resources and paid services.

I embarked down a path to heal my mind, body, and spirit. Yoga was the beginning of my transformation, of my spiritual re-awakening, of my journey of healing, trusting and cherishing my mind, body and soul and of learning to love my SELF. I went on to study meditation, coaching and nutrition from both Western and Eastern philosophies and I explored various wellness modalities like acupuncture, osteopathy, and Chinese Traditional Medicine. I studied various spiritual texts, read numerous self-help books and quantum science theories. I also fell in love with food and the potent and beautiful healing power of plants as medicine and nourishment, not just as a means to an end. 

Slowly, I’ve been healing and strengthening my mind, body, and spirit from the inside out by rooting myself in practices like gratitude, meditation and breathwork, nourishing my body for vitality and strength, communing with friends and family, honouring my connection to the spiritual world and universal energies, serving the world with love and compassion, and celebrating and helping to conserve the Earth’s natural spaces.

I knew there had to be a better way, and I was determined to find it.

For a big part of my life I hated myself and my body. I played small and I starved myself and my passions (literally and figuratively). I quieted my voice in the outside world and battled with the horribly abusive voice in my inside world. I didn’t believe in the beauty, worth and strength of the woman inside of me.⁣ And my body heard... it took the pain and stress on and it manifested into chronic illness.

After years of doctors telling me there was no cure for my illness (and that I would need to be reliant on prescription drugs for the rest of my life), I decided to take my health into my own hands.

and my wellness journey took many twists and turns before I cultivated an intuitively-led wellness lifestyle.
